Pull the string

Two regular hexagons and a circumcircle. What is blue : red?

Blue : red is √3 : 1.

Solution by Matthew Arcus.

Black angle is 60°, so dashed line passes through opposite hexagon vertex showing the blue line is symmetric with the black diagonal, so ratio is √3:1.
